TDF Intranet Portal Tourism Development Fund, Saudi Arabia

The TDF Intranet Portal is a modern enterprise intranet platform developed for the Tourism Development Fund (TDF) to enhance internal communication, employee collaboration, productivity, and digital operations. The platform provides employees with a centralized workspace for project tracking, communication, document management, announcements, smart search, KPIs, innovation management, and organizational collaboration through a secure and scalable web-based system.

TDF Intranet Portal: Unified HR, Project Management & Oracle  Integration

Client: Tourism Development Fund (TDF), Saudi Arabia
Industry: GovTech / Public Sector
Services: UI/UX Design, Full-Stack Development, Cloud Integration (Oracle OCI), Third-Party API Integration

The Challenge

TDF needed a unified internal platform to replace fragmented workflows across HR, document management, project tracking, and internal communication. Rather than relying on multiple disconnected tools, TDF needed a single intranet system where employees could manage HR processes, collaborate on projects, track operations, and access shared documents  all integrated with the organization's existing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment.

Our Approach

Codiantech delivered the project end-to-end, from initial design through deployment:

  • Design: Designed the full UX for a multi-department intranet, balancing the needs of HR, project managers, and general staff within a single, coherent interface.
  • Development: Built the platform covering employee and HR workflows (onboarding, document management, approvals), project and operations tracking, and internal communication/collaboration tools — consolidating what would typically be several separate systems into one.
  • Cloud Integration: Integrated the platform with TDF's existing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment, along with additional third-party APIs to connect the intranet with other internal systems already in use at the organization.
  • Security: Built with the access control and data-handling standards expected of a government organization's internal systems
